Blaize, a provider of AI-enabled edge computing solutions, has announced its agreement to merge with BurTech Acquisition Corp., a special-purpose acquisition company. Once the transaction is completed, Blaize will become a publicly traded company and be listed on Nasdaq. The merger values Blaize at a pro forma enterprise value of $894 million.
